Hard Bowel Movements
What can you do if your bowel movements are little hard balls?

There could be a couple of things going on, but it is nothing serious.
First, if you are not drinking enough water, your stools can come out as hard little balls.
The recommended water intake is about half your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 180 lbs, then you may want to drink about 90 ounces of water.
Another possibility could be stress. If you have a lot of stress in your life and you are not getting exercise, your stool could also come out hard.
Some type of aerobic exercise would be best. If you are not already doing some type of aerobic exercise, I recommend picking something you enjoy whether it is walking, running, cycling, yoga, martial arts, etc.
If you do exercise you enjoy, you are more likely to stick with it.
The other thing you want to be aware of is the diet you are eating. This may or may not cause hard balls.
If your diet has a lot of sugary foods, that could create problems.
You may need to eat more fiber as when you eat more fiber, stools are lighter.
