Spring Forest Qigong:

Powerful, Simple, Effective

Spring Forest Qigong is a powerful, simple method of Qigong. As some of you may know, Qigong originated in China and has been around for thousands of years.

What makes this alternative energy healing method of Qigong different? What does it provide?

This style empowers you to heal yourself at a physical, mental, and spiritual level. You can continue using this style to sustain your immune system throughout your lifetime.

You can also use this method to help you feel more centered, peaceful, and calm throughout your day. Now, imagine what impact that would have on your work, your relationships with people, your health, and all the rest of the circumstances you have to deal with every day.

There is nothing complicated about this particular style. However, if you want to learn more complicated movements, you are always welcome to learn other forms of Qigong.

Here is more on how Spring Forest Qigong differs from other styles of Qigong:

  • This style explains what movements impact specific parts of your body’s systems.
  • You can use this style to facilitate the self-healing of others.
  • There is no right or wrong way to do the movements. There are just more effective ways.

Now I am going to get into more of what Qigong provides.

You can begin to facilitate the movement of chi in your body using simple movements, breathing techniques, and focus.

The chi will move through your body meridians. It will also go to wherever you need it in your body. Wherever there are energy blockages, the energy will be transformed and balanced.

One of the important parts of Qigong is breathing. It has been noticed that animals who breathe the slowest, like turtles, live the longest.

Slower, deeper breathing, rather than shallower, faster breathing is healthier for you. The tissues in your body receive more oxygen when you breathe slower.

Slower, deeper breathing helps build endurance, strength, creativity, and being focused in the present moment. You will probably have more energy and vitality as well.

The second important part of Qigong are the movements. The movements open up your energy channels so that the chi may begin to flow through and balance your system.

The last thing I want to say about Spring Forest Qigong, here, is that your mind has influence over your chi. This is how one could explain the placebo effect.

As an example: in some tests, those people who think they were given a prescription for an ailment, and only received sugar pills, will often do just as well if not better than a group that took a real prescription.

Experiences

My experience with Spring Forest Qigong has always been a powerful and positive experience. I actually started learning about this before learning about other forms of alternative energy healing and Reiki Therapy.

In my case, when I practiced, I noticed the energy right away.

When I practice on a regular basis, my premenstrual syndrome is drastically reduced. In fact, this has been the most effective method, for me, in dealing with that issue.

I also practiced Spring Forest Qigong 1-2 times a day during the first couple of weeks after I broke my ankle in three places. And, I also received distant healing sessions.

Two weeks later, I went into surgery to have plates and screws put into my ankle. I found out later that the doctor had to re-break my ankle.

I have often wondered if my practice and the sessions did such a good job that my ankle healed to the point that it had to be re-broken. That part is still a mystery.

In any case, I kept practicing this style of Qigong, albeit less often afterward. My ankle and scars healed very well. Seven months later, we took the plates and pins out. I have never had pain when a storm is coming or anything like that.

Another potential benefit may have been that I seemed to have more energy after the first surgery.

The 2nd time I had surgery, I didn’t practice Qigong. I didn't have as much energy as I did after my 1st surgery. If I had practiced, I may not have been so energetically depleted.

Benefits

The benefits of Spring Forest Qigong are many. The reason for this is that this modality treats the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. This is something you can do for yourself over a lifetime.

Without further ado, I present to you the issues that this style of Qigong has positively impacted for other people:

  • Better sleep

  • and more…

In some cases, Qigong facilitated self-healing in a way that some of these issues disappeared for people.

In other cases, Qigong facilitated the self-healing in a way that that the person began getting better much more quickly while they continued their traditional medicine treatment.

One last word before we continue… If you are an athlete consider this method as a way to enhance your peak performance. How much better you can perform when there are no energy blockages in your body, and the energy is balanced?
